Refund Policy
LaneOne Refund Policy

- All sales are final. No refunds, barring exceptions listed below.
- Your tickets will be valid for entry into the Event Venue.
- You will get the tickets you purchased via our Service in time for the applicable Event.
- Your tickets will match those that you ordered.
- If any of these things do not occur, we will find you tickets to the Event of comparable or better quality to those you purchased or we will offer you a refund.
If you do not receive the tickets you ordered on or before the day of the show:
If LaneOne is unable to get the tickets delivered to you in time for the Event, LaneOne will attempt to find comparable or better replacement tickets, to be determined in LaneOne’s sole discretion, to fulfill the order at no additional cost to you. If replacement tickets cannot be found, or cannot be delivered in time for the Event, LaneOne will issue you a refund for the cost of the tickets, including service fees and shipping and handling charges, which you were charged for the tickets.
If tickets received are not the same or better quality than those you ordered:
If, prior to the Event, the tickets you received are not the same or better quality than the ones you ordered, give LaneOne a call at (833) LANEONE right away. If LaneOne determines that you did not receive tickets that are the same or better quality than the ones you ordered, LaneOne will either (in LaneOne's sole discretion): (i) provide you with replacement tickets that are of comparable or better quality than the tickets you ordered; or (ii) issue you a refund for the cost of the tickets, including service fees and shipping and handling charges which you were charged for the tickets.
If you have attended the event and you believe your seats weren’t as good as how they were represented on the Service, give us a call at (833) LANEONE right away. If LaneOne, in its sole discretion, determines that the seats were in fact of lower quality than how they were represented during purchase through the Service, LaneOne will, in its sole discretion, issue you either a partial or full credit of the price you paid for the tickets towards a future purchase.
If tickets are invalid and not honored by the venue:
If the tickets you ordered are invalid and not honored by the Venue, call us at (833) LANEONE from the Venue and LaneOne will attempt to locate replacement tickets for you. If LaneOne cannot locate replacement tickets, upon confirmation that the tickets were invalid for entry, LaneOne will provide you with a refund for the cost of the tickets, including service fees and shipping and handling charges which you were charged for the tickets.
If the event is cancelled or postponed:
If an Event is postponed or rescheduled, you may use the tickets on the rescheduled date. If an Event is postponed but replacement tickets are required for entry to the event on the rescheduled date, LaneOne will work to obtain replacement tickets for you. If we cannot obtain replacement tickets for you, LaneOne will provide you a refund for the cost of the tickets, including service fees and shipping and handling charges which you were charged for the tickets.
If the event is cancelled and not postponed:
If an Event is cancelled without being rescheduled, LaneOne will provide you a refund for the cost of the tickets, including service fees and shipping and handling charges which you were charged for the tickets.
If the event has been overbooked and is sold out:
If the event has been overbooked, and the tickets you ordered are not honored by the Venue, LaneOne will provide you with a refund for the cost of the tickets, including service fees and shipping and handling charges which you were charged for the tickets.
Price Changes:
There are no refunds for price changes. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, and vary based on event, city, venue, availability, and market demand. The price for any ticket is always displayed at the time of your purchase, and it is your choice to purchase at the then current price to secure your tickets to the event.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
LaneOne will not offer any refunds where LaneOne determines, in its sole discretion, that the tickets were purchased for a commercial purpose or in any other way in violation of our Terms of Service. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. LaneOne will endeavor to ensure that refunds are applied to the method of payment used to purchase tickets within 48 hours of LaneOne’s agreement to provide a refund. We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed Event.
